Leverage for Deep Change

Leverage for Deep Change

Stop asking who’s to blame and start asking: ‘what’s the system?’
— Donella Meadows

I may have shared this before. But we need it again. If you're dissatisfied with the way things are, you need at least a couple things: 1) a vision for the way things should be, and 2) a way to get there.

This isn't an answer to either of those, but it's some darn good context. Below is a distillation of a brilliant essay by the great systems thinker Donella Meadows that I included in my thesis. The deeper you go on the chart, the more leverage you get.

I'm reading it again for my work, and hope you'll take a close look too.
